3. Intellectual property

The general structure as well as the software, texts, images, whether animated or otherwise, know-how therein and all other components of the site are the exclusive property of the Publisher.
Any representation or reproduction, translation, adaptation, transformation, in full or in part of this site and of its contents by any person whatsoever, is forbidden without the express permission of NEFTIS and constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L. 335-2 ff. of the Intellectual Property Code.

Infringement is a tort (punishable by damages) and criminal offence (punishable by a two-year jail sentence and a EUR 150,000 fine).
